Hot Pilates is a mat-based Pilates workout.

Combining sequencing exercises, cardio intervals and resistance work to target the deeper muscles of the body. This class is designed to effectively sculpt the entire body and leave you feeling and looking strong.

Progressions, regressions and modifications given to suit every fitness level.

The temperature of the room is set been 25-35 degrees via our infrared heating system.

HOT MAT PILATES

Vinyasa yoga involves dynamic and active stretching, which helps you improve your stability, flexibility, mobility, and balance.

Our Vinyasa connects our mind and body through breath. We then move in to a more controlled

movement holding each asana for an extended time increasing strength and flexibility.

On cooler days (below 21) the room will be be warmed (32-38degrees) using our inferred panels increasing blood circulation and detoxification.

HOT YOGA FLOW

A Pilates workout focusing on control, breathwork, stability, flexibility and balance.

Flex and Stretch Pilates classes will have a focused muscle group each class to ensure the client (YOU) are getting the most our of your sessions.

Please note all classes will cater for beginner and other Pilates levels with progression and regression options.
